This was our second visit. Both visits had very friendly service. This visit, we asked the gentlemen a few recommendations and he didn't disappoint. We literally didn't know which bowl we liked better and actually shared them back and forth. We got the Harvest Bowl and the Caramel Apple bowl. Both delicious as is with no substitutions! Highly recommend.

This place is AMAZING! So many choices and combinations and they will let you try the different flavors! Not to mention it’s absolutely delicious! The owner/manager was awesome! The staff is great too! So nice and welcoming! Turned my bf into an Oola bowl lover fast! Lol. We will definitely keep coming back! Thank you!!

We used to love Oola Bowl from Lancaster. There were many of days I would drive 30-45 mins there just to get a small order for my family. However, this franchise owner has given a much worse level of experience. It was the the point where we stopped going to their store altogether. Recently, we tried again, hoping it would be better. It was worse. We had an order written down and the girl took her own liberty to “substitute” items that wasn’t on the order. I’m thankful she didn’t take liberty to “substitute”, my wife’s order. She could have went to the hospital with her allergies. When I brought it, Sienna, spoke down to me and corrected me on how should we have ordered the bowl properly. We’ve also noticed the bowls have become smaller and more fill ingredients are now used. I would much rather drive to Lancaster than buy from this franchise again. Terrible customer service.

First time eating Oola Bowls. The servers were knowledge and so helpful. They use fresh ingredients and make their toppings inhouse! I got the Coco Loco Bowl (coconut base and delicious) pictured and my husband got the Brunch Bowl with bananas and peanut butter! What a sweet surprise! My husband loved the brunch Bowl even though it wasn't as sweet as mine. The Coco Loco Bowl was perfect for me. Looking forward to coming back and trying more.
